All domestic orders are shipped by DHL (EU, ROW) and Hermes (Germany) Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes. All orders are shipped with full value of items declared.
To ensure that your order arrives successfully, all shipping prices quoted on the site are for recorded delivery knowing that prices are sometimes steep.
Expected delivery timescales:
Germany: delivery aim 1 - 3 days.
Europe: delivery aim 4 - 10 days.
Rest of World: delivery aim 7 - 14 days.

I put a lot of pride into the physical products and my aim is to produce the highest quality vinyl records possible from both a sonic and aesthetic perspective - at a fair price - and to provide you a top notch customer service. Having said that, I hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to me, in perfect condition (sealed) within 14 days of the date you received the item (according to the Distance Selling Act(pursuant to Appendix 1 as referred to in Article 246a section 1 (2) sentence 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB).
I will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).
All orders are securely packed, however I cannot be hold accountable for any possible brute treatment the item may endure during transport to you. I don't issue refunds or send replacement copies for minor issues such as bend corners (unless it is really severe cosmetic issue) an occasional crackle/ pop on the record itself as I don't hold back stock and the vinyl production is very limited in quantity.
Please note, I do not have extra jackets for the vinyl releases.
All releases will be shipped outside the sleeve to avoid seam splits.
